The Winter Gardens were stunning and now we are looking forward to the SPRING OPEN GARDENS Frid 1st, Sat 2nd & Sun 3rd OCTOBER       9am -  4pm     $5.00 per garden "Trellaurel" 35 Yuulong St, North Tamborine featuring Plants and Jams/Preserves and across the road to: "Glenloch"  42 Yuulong St, North  Tamborine  featuring a Cafe serving all homemade fare. NB. MORE PARKING FOR BOTH GARDENS, AVAILABLE IN GEISSMANN STREET PARALLEL TO YUULONG - FLAGS MARK THE BACK ENTRANCE TO TRELLAUREL "Vistas" 1 Slingsby Road, Mount Tamborine featuring local Artists. Over 100 past and present volunteers gathered at the Tamborine Mountain Botanic Gardens to celebrate on the 16th October.

Springtime on the Mountain

Open Gardens Trail  2009

 

The Tamborine Mountain Garden Club Inc. has been presenting this incredibly popular event since 1983 as the major fundraiser for the continued development and maintenance of the Tamborine Mountain Botanic Gardens by the club's volunteers.   Proud garden owners open their properties to the public for 3 days in spring. Visitors enjoy the wide range of plants and trees that grow here on the mountain in our unique temperate/subtropical climate.  Garden Club propagated plants and home-made jams and preserves are sold at stalls in some of the gardens and other gardens host live music or devonshire teas. Gourmet Picnic Packs are available at the Showgrounds where the mountain's Local Producers and visiting Nurseries sell their wares.   

Coach Groups can be catered for and complimentary itineraries prepared to avoid congestion.

$15.00 Trail Passes (Dependent children free) are available at all Open Gardens &  the Botanic Gardens, Forsythia Drive Eagle Heights. JUST FOLLOW THE ROAD SIGNS
